With You Every Step of the Way

Your well-being is my ultimate concern. Since 2009, I have provided clients in the Hove area a wide range of psychological and counselling services to suit their needs. Whether you’re an individual or a couple looking for help - my therapy sessions are designed to strengthen your confidence, and assist you in the healing process. Take a look at the services I offer, and get in touch with me today.

Individual Counselling Sessions

In my therapy sessions, we will work to explore current problems, including:

  • Anxiety, is it influencing your life choices;

  • Exploring your identity especially around LGBTQ issues;

  • Life transitions, such as expectations of parenting;

  • Dependency issues, exploring your relationship to alcohol, drugs or other addictive behaviour.

I will help you “re-frame” your reactions and provide you with valuable tools to cope with life’s obstacles. I’m confident you’ll find my personalized Individual Counselling Sessions beneficial and inspirational. Get in touch to book an appointment.

Duo Counselling

These sessions are for two people who would like to work on their relationship. Maybe you are finding it difficult to relate and communicate at the moment? Sometimes life events can change a relationship, these changes can leave you feeling uncertain and unsure how to behave with each other. I support relationships by creating a space in which these issues can be thought about, where feelings can be expressed and where strategies for moving forward in a new way can be implemented. You will develop a better understanding of each other's needs and explore more positive attitudes towards life’s most complex and challenging circumstances. Contact me today and let me help you find the best in yourselves.

Supervision should always leave you, the supervisee, feeling energised for your client work. I aim to do this by working with you collaboratively, exploring different avenues and enhancing your skills. I do this in a safe and non-judgemental environment, supporting your client work by discussing the relationship between you, the counsellor, and your client in depth, using a variety of modalities as appropriate.
I have experience working in schools with children, young people and their parents/ carers.
I also worked within a drug and alcohol service, providing support not only for people wanting to change their relationships to drug and alcohol, but also helping families and friends.
